Flexible Ceramic Tile is shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes designed to ensure its safe arrival. The tiles are individually wrapped in plastic and cushioned with foam or similar materials to keep them from breaking during transport.
The boxes are marked with a water-resistant label that shows the product name, quantity, and weight. Each box is carefully packaged before it is shipped. All shipments are tracked to ensure that they arrive on time and in good condition.

We actually offering online technical support.
4. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do. We keep no stock or very little stock for the products we promote. We do have a M.O.Q requirement to start production. At least 100 sqm.
But you can mix with different range and product.
5. What is your return policy?
Once orders started to produce, it cannot be canceled and returned unless for quality problem reasons.
6. Can you send me samples? Are they free?
Yes, we'd love to. They are free of charge unless you need big quantity samples or customiezed texture or col. However, we don't provide free shipping.
7. Do you provide customized services?
Yes we do, all designs are examples, we can customerized base on you requirement.
